In 2023 DOAJ celebrated significant milestones and continued to develop their organization and service to keep pace with the changing landscape.
Amigos partnership with DOAJ simplifies the process of library contributions for DOAJ and facilitates libraries providing financial support for DOAJ's vital work and at discounted member rates.
Controlled Digital Lending Recommended Practice Draft from NISO Out for Public Comment The National Information Standards Organization (NISO) announced that its draft Interoperable System of Controlled Digital Lending Recommended Practice is now available for public comment through April 21 at the project website. All members of the information community are invited to review and share feedback.

Save the Date! May 15th is the Amigos Member Conference 2024 Save the date and plan to attend the online Amigos Member Conference 2024 on Wednesday, May 15th. Beginning with an opening keynote from Roosevelt Weeks, Director of Libraries at Austin Public Library, the conference will also include the Annual Member Business Meeting and several concurrent sessions on a variety of topics.

To complete a micro-credential series and earn a certificate, attendees must complete specified courses and a capstone project.
